UPCS Training/Certification and InspectionsMDS Housing Services is a REAC-certified training and inspections provider for public and assisted housing sponsors. We perfom annual UPCS inspections for the Pinellas County (FL) Housing Authority. We will conduct UPCS training for 40 maintenance, administrative, and inspections staff members of the Indianapolis Housing Agency in August 2002(?).
