In 2007, MDStrum Housing Services, Inc. d/b/a MDStrum Development Group of Mississippi, LLC entered into a one year term of contract with the Diocese of Palm Beach County/Catholic Charities to serve as the construction manager for the construction of a 106 unit project for the elderly funded under HUD’s Section 202 PRAC program.  The project was completed within one year with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in September 2008, and full occupancy in October 2008.  Based on this success, the Diocese executed a subsequent three year contract with MDStrum Development group to serve as development advisor identifying and advising on other opportunities to develop low income, affordable, and/or workforce housing in their 5-county south Florida service area.  MDStrum Development Groups are currently pursuing participation in Neighborhood Stabilization Programs (NSP) around the U.S.
